College of Engineering and Management (CEM), Kolaghat established in 1998 by the Vidyasagar Society for Integrated Learning.

The College has been approved by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology.

The main aim of the college is to develop and create a centre of excellence that nurtures and facilitates the growth of a world class technical and managerial manpower.
