College of Applied Sciences Kozhikode was established in the year 1993.

This college is affiliated to Calicut University.

The college is an advent grade attempt in the arena of Electronics and Computer education in Malabar, initiated by the Institute of Human Resources Development (IHRD), an autonomous, scientific society established by the Govt. of Kerala.

The college facilitates regular MCA (3 years), M.Sc. Electronics, M.Sc. Computer Science (2 years), B.Sc. Electronics and B.Sc. Computer Science (3 years) courses affiliated to Calicut University.

The Institute is dedicated to scientific advancement, technological progress and economic growth of the country through human resources development.
