Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Arts & Science First Grade College, Bhalki (Dist. Bidar) was established in 1990 by K.S.P. Mandal’s Society.

It is one of the premier colleges established to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the part of progress.

The college is affiliated to Gulbarga University, Kalaburagi and recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 2(f) & 12(B) under Act, 1956.

The college aims not merely to provide university education but also equips the students to face the problems of life. The college lays great stress on the development of character and discipline among the young students so that they may turn out to be worthy citizens of our country.

The college offers three years undergraduate courses in Arts, Science, Commerce, & BCA streams under Gulbarga University, Kalaburagi.
