Chalisgaon Educational Society B.P. Arts, S.M.A. Science, K.K.C. Commerce College, Chalisgaon (Dist. Jalgaon) was established in 1961 and managed by Chalisgaon Educational Society (R).

It is one of the premier colleges established to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone on the part of progress.

The college is affiliated with North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon and it is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 2(f) & 12(B) under Act, 1956.

It is accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with "B+" Grade.

The aim of the college is to give the directions & motion to the students to achieve success in whole life.

It is a co-educational private Institute, providing a regular course in which is located in the rural part of Jalgaon played a pioneering role in the field of higher education.

The college had received many awards and accolades at a city, state and national level for their educational advancements also received the numbers of achievements awards in the field of sports and curricular activities under North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon.

The college offers three years undergraduate courses and two years of postgraduate courses in Arts, Commerce, and Science streams with various specializations under North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon. It also offers Postgraduate Diploma, Ph.D. & Add-On Certificate course.

Students should have to choose one honor (core) subject with two or more as subsidiary (elective) subjects for the specific undergraduate streams.

The college also offers distance education mode courses under Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University (YCMOU), Nashik.

University examinations of different courses, examinations conducted by North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon, and various other examinations are held in the college premises.
