Bharati Vidyapeeth's Homoeopathic Medical College, Pune was established in 1990.
on the auspecious occasion of the Silver Jublec Day of the Bharati Vidyapeeth. Institute was earlier affiliated to University of Pune on a permanent basis.
The College is now a constituent unit of Bharati Vidyapeeth University. The Homoeopathic Medical College is located in Dhankawadi campus in -a well designed building. The College building accommodates well-equipped laboratories, dissection halls, spacious demonstration halls and a library with a reading hall facility.
The College is having parmenant approval of the Central Council of Homoeopathy, New Delhi and its annual intake capacity of BUMS course is 100 students. Homoeopathic Medical College is one of the Prominant College in the country. Institute has all the infrastructural facilities as specified by the norms of Central Council of Homoeopathy.
New Delhi. Institute faculty consists of senior teachers who are enthusiastic experts in their respective subjects and are student oriented. The College maintains a herbal garden having more than 400 medicinal plants some of which are rare species.
The College Library is very spacious having more than 7,500 volumes on Homoeopathic and allied Medicine along with addition of 1022 P.G books including 56 titles. Institute also subscribe to important national and international periodicals and scientific journals.
