Bose School of Nursing (BSN), Madurai was established in 2001.

The college is affiliated to Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University.

The institute was recognized by the Government of Tamil Nadu.

The institute is approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC), New Delhi and Tamilnadu Nurses and Midwives Council (TNMC), Chennai. Bose School of Nursing conducts General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course, which includes 6 months as internship period.

The institute is aimed at imparting education and support the healthcare system of society by producing highly skilled health personnel.
