Bharatesh Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospitals (BHMCH), Belgaum was established in 1982.

The college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University.

It is one of the premiere institutes in Karnataka state rendering quality education in Homoeopathy and has grown to great heights and achieved excellence in imparting Homoeopathic education.

The college has well equipped laboratories, independent departments and other infrastructure as per the Government norms.

The real strength of the institute is the well experienced and dedicated staff, well established hospital at Halaga as well as peripheral OPD with all required facilities. Institute's clinical staff, PG students are continuously involved in various health related services where in poor and needy sections of society are provided with free treatment and health education.

In association with Vivekanand Netralaya the College run free cataract survey and surgery unit.

Through this frequent camps are held in Belgaum district and surrounding parts of Maharastra, to identify the cataract patients, which are taken to our Gopal Jinagouda Hospital at Halaga for free cataract surgery.
