Bentham Institute of Management and Languages, Hyderabad was established in 2009.

It is the brainchild of Chairman, Mr. Manzoor Mustafa Ahmed who is a true-blue entrepreneur & mentor to many. Mr. Ahmed was moved to see students struggle in life due to dubious diplomas that fail to either instill self-confidence or shape vital communication & decision-making skills.

BIML is the sister concern of Westbound Educational Services Pvt. Ltd.

Building on his expertise & network in UK educational services, Mr. Ahmed has launched Bentham Institute with big dreams & sincere intentions.

The institution has got name from the famous British philosopher, jurist and social reformer, Jeremy Bentham.

Though Bentham left behind many pioneering ideas, he is best known for the greatest happiness principle which states that the moral rightness or wrongness of an action depends on the amount of pleasure or pain that it produces.

The greatest happiness of the greatest number is the foundation of all good decisions.

This is the core ideology behind BIML.

BIML launched its operations by co-sponsoring an international seminar, titled “Deccani - A Common Foundation of Urdu & Hindi” in July 2009 at Nehru Centre, London.
