Baraut College of Education (BCE), Baghpat is affiliated to Choudhary Charan Singh (CCS) University earlier known as Meerut University.

Established in 2005, it is one of the well-known institutes of teachers training. Approved from National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), the college was founded by Disha Shikshan Avam Samaj Kalyan Samiti.

Baraut College of Education is situated on 22,011 Sq.meter land with covered area of 3226.77 Sq. meter (Which is registered in favor of the college and recorded in revenue record) of Gurana village, near New Mandi Sthal, on the main route from Baraut to Aminagar Sarai. Nearest Point to college is Baraut which is near about 55 kms from Delhi (on Delhi Sahranpur Road), Meerut & Muzaffarnagar as well.

The college has lush green lawns with shadowy trees and fragrant flowers adding to its exotic locale. The college is housed in the newly and artistically planned building on 40,000 sq.feet land price. The Enivronment of the college is hygienic and pollution free. There are enough big Principal Office, Computerized Clerk office, Teaching Staff Room and welcome room in the college. There are a richly maintained libraray, well equipped Science, Psychology and technical laboratories and computer room. The new furniture placed in the snug and airy class rooms make the teaching-learning process a meaningful and pleasurable exercise. There is a vastly spacious playground in which courts of all games are made as directed by the University.

The colleg is a co-educational Institution offering courses up to undergraduate levels which are B.Ed., B.Com, B.B.A., and B.A. (With seven subjects).

DT. 12-01-2006 of Governor Secretariat, Lucknow, U.P. and affiliated by letter-reference No. Sambadhata/535  DT. 14/15-02-2006 of C.C.S. University, Meerut with the capacity of 100 Students.

Besides it, College offers B.A. with seven subjects (Hindi, ENglish, Home Science, History, Political Science, Economics and Society). Reference No. E.N. 2312/G.S of Governor Secretariat, Lucknow, U.P and letter-reference no. Sambadhata/2279 DT. 16-11-2005 of C.C.S. University, Meerut; the college is also affiliated for B.Com, B.B.A, B.C.A, from CS University Meerut.
