Bapatla College of Pharmacy (BCOP), Bapatla started in 1995.

Its affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.

The institute has its own spectacular buildings with spacious well-equipped sophisticated laboratories, classrooms and other facilities as per the norms and standards of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).

The college has started M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics) programme in 2004-05 year and provided separate AC laboratories, AC lecture halls, library and seminar hall for the P.G programme.

BCOP is the first institute to offer B.Pharm and M. Pharm programmes under J.N.T. University.

The college is located in a spacious 50-acre campus with landscapes of sandy soil and has pleasant breeze from the Bank of Bay of Bengal. BCOP has been successful in providing and maintaining high quality in Teaching and Research in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Several faculty members acquired Ph. D availing the research facilities of the college.

The Alumini of BCOP are professionally active and doing extremely well in industry, education and profession both in India and abroad.
