Banaras Institute of Teachers Education (BITE), Varanasi was established in 2004.

BITE is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidhyapeeth, Varanasi and recognized by NCTE.

BITE is located on the Varansai - Lucknow highway, 15 kilometres from Varanasi and 5 kilometres from Babatpur Airport. BITE spread over 20,000 sq mtr.of land. The Building of the Institute is designed by utilizing all the modern architectural techniques and technologies. The ventilated rooms of the Campus provide the right ambience for the free flow of ideas. The environment of the Campus is being created to provide an atmosphere to the student to generate new ideas and implement them into practice.

The Campus will provide all the conveniences so that the students can relive the golden times of the Gurukul era where each individual was given an ample opportunity to put forward, develop and put into practice his ideas for the overall growth of self and the society in general.

The campus os situated in an ideal surroundings where students get an opportunity to develop their potential to the maximum. The campus shall have administrative and Teaching Block, Auditorium and an open court. The Banaras Institute of Teacher's Education will go a long way in fulfilling the academic requirements of the students are concerned.
