Balasore college of Engineering & Technology (BCET), Balasore was established in 2001.

The college is affiliated to B.P.U.T. (Biju Pattnaik University of Technology), Odisha and approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), Ministry of HRD, New Delhi. It is also been recognized by Government of Odisha.

The college is situated at Sergarh about 8km from Balasore. The college campus is spreaded over an area of 12 acres of lush green environment.
