B.N.R. Training College is situated in Gulzarbagh, Bihar. It imparts study under the management of the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna.

B.N.R. Training College conducts undergraduate level program - Elementary Teacher Education (ETE). It is a two-year full-time program that offered as per the strict guidelines of NCTE.
