B.N.M. Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital (BNMHMCH), Saharsa was established in 1973. The college is affilaited to the Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University. The college is established is to serve the suffering people of Koshi ravaged area which covers the several Districts of North Bihar. The Saharsa is the old divisional head quarter of the state. The college in situated in the heart of municipal area of Saharsa on the the Saharsa - Madhipura bypass road. The college was firstly conducting D.H.M.S. (Diploma) course and graded degree course. At present the college is conducting the bachelor in Homoeopathic Medicine & Surgery (B.H.M.S. Degree Course) and B.H.M.S. graded degree course. The college has full fledged different department and sufficient facilities to import the teaching and training to the students. The college has well equipped out door patient department and well maintained 70 bedded indoor hospital to treat the suffering of the vast localities by the rational treatment like Homoeopathy. The college has sufficient teaching staff non-teaching staff. Medical staff, para –medical staff & others for the functioning of the institution smoothly. The teaching job is being performed by Tutors, Demonstrators, Lecturers, Asst. Professors and Professors.
