About Azad Institute of Pharmacy and Research (AIPR)

Azad Institute of Pharmacy and Research, Lucknow was established in 2005.

Its affiliated to U.P Technical University.

The college is managed and run under the aegis of Azad Educational Society (AES).

The AES was established and registered in September 1991 under the Society Registration Act 1860. AIPR was approved and recognized by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow. In keeping with their objective of providing the best possible pharmaceutical education.

AIPR established state of art infrastructural facilities. Besides modern instruments and equipments, AIPR has also qualified, experienced and conscientious faculty.

The faculty invests sincere efforts to impart the students best of contemporary education. Continuous interaction with industry is maintained to ensure that the learning program remains relevant according to the changing scenarios in pharmaceutical industry.

AIPR constantly endeavors to upgrade the quality of its education and actively participates in research to in the fore-front. Collaborations with other leading universities are also being planned with this objective. Plans are also actively afoot to establish pilot manufacturing and testing units to enable students to gain an even more hands-on education.

The College through continuous up-gradation is endeavoring to become a ‘Continuous education centre’, where new knowledge pertaining to the pharmacy field is acquired and generated on a regular basis.
