Archana Institute of Technology (AIT), Krishanagiri was established in 1950.

It is affiliated to Anna University Tamil Nadu, a University of international reputation.

AIT is collaborated with some of the foreign universities.

It was founded by Mr. D. Jayapal who has vast experience in the feild of education.

The main aim is to provide an encouraging environment to develop an intellectual capacity, critical thinking, creativity and problem solving ability of the students and to make the institution one of the nation’s greatest engineering college, recognized nationally and internationally for excellence in academic, research and public service.
