Annammal Educational Trust publishes a career oriented newspaper called Hoteliers Talk to explore job opportunities in star hotels,India & Abroad.Annamal Institute of Hotel Management conducts job fair every year in association with Hoteliers Talk.

The 2011,2012 & 2013 job fairs were grand success and nearly 12,000 candidates got placements through this job Fair.

Annammal Educational Trust also runs an institute called IIBT, which is affiliated with WBTO.IIBT gives free courses and Scholarships to Annamal students.
