Anjamma Agi Reddy College of Engineering for Women, Hyderabad was established in 2010 by Mahaveer Education Society. It is approved by AICTE and affiliated to Jawaharlala Nehru Technological University.

The establishment of Anjamma Agi Reddy Engineering College for Women during the academic Year 2010-11 heralded a bold step towards women's empowerment in the state capital Hyderabad.

The society seeks to encourage a new generation of students in a wide range of disciplines with clear vision, bold initiatives, wisdom, sincerity, commitment, spirit and drive.
The Mahaveer Educational Society has grown multifold over the years, offering several new courses and developing infrastructure with state of the art laboratories.
Anjamma Agi Reddy College of Engineering for Women is located within the limits of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation yet away from the noise and pollution of the metropolis.
