Amrutha Ayurvedic Medical College, Chitradurga was estsablished in 1996.

Its affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.

The college is managed by Sri Devaraj Urs Vidhya Samsthe, Chitradurga to pressure the course of Indian Medicine.

The institution shall not lag behind in providing the minimum basic study facilities such as teaching staff, labs, and herbarium. It has big museum of Anatomy, Physiology, Dravyaguna, Rasashastra, Vyavahara Ayurveda and Agadatantra.

The aim of the institution is to provide a complete instruction on all aspects of the imparting of the academic site of the course intended in providing up-to-date knowledge of the Indian Medicine.
