AMG College of Education, Chilakaluripet was established in 2001.

Since inception, AMG College of Education has been flourishing physically and the student-teachers are being highly benefited through the rigorous practical and theoretical training.

The Director of AMG Dr. Arun Kumar K. Mohanty & Mrs. Kezia Mohanty and the Dean of AMG Educational Institutions Dr. N. Jaya Kumar Rao have always been doing their best in establishing the College as the best in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

The College proved as the best by producing scintillating Results in the year 2001-2002, 2002-2003, 2003-2004 and 2004-2005.

AMG College of Education has been striving to prove and keep its stature not only in this academic i.e year (2005-2006) but also in the coming years and produce dedicated, disciplined and teachable teachers and thus serve the nation.

The College has been granted permission by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education) and affiliated to the Acharya Nagarjuna University.
