Algol believes no one has ever become a management expert in the classroom, but in the fiercely competitive corporate arena. In the industry integrated training program, students take up training in top corporate of their desired specialization for 5 days in a week as hands-on employee under the guidance of an internal guide from the Institute & an External guide from the industry.

The duration of the on - the - job training with stipend for MBA and BBA students is 1 year and 1 years respectively.

The on- the- job- training with top corporate prepares our students not only as management qualified, trained professional but also adds valuable experience by removing the fresher tag.
