Al-Hassan Teacher's Training College, Samastipur was established in 2007. It is one of the premier institution to provide a platform for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the path of progress.

The prime motto to establish "AL-HASSAN TEACHER'S TRAINING COLLEGE" is to encourage the development and research through the regular and intimate efforts of the associates and members give a reasonable and meaningful future, the touches and change life of individual and of society. They are determined to realize your dreams and change them into reality. We produce the future.

For BE.d Course the college is affiliated to Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga and for DE.d Course the college is affiliated to Bihar School Examination Board, Patna. The college is recognized by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Bhubaneswar (Letter No: - ERC/7-95.5.2/2009/132 Dated: 5th June 2009).

The institute offers two years Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course for those who have completed their graduation with minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course.

Students here are admitted who completed their graduation from recognized university with at least 50% marks in major or in aggregate at the Degree level. But Scheduled Castes (S.C.), Scheduled Tribes (S.T.) & (O.B.C) candidates are to be entitled with a relaxation 5% marks ineligibility for admission.

The college also offers two years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.Ed) under Bihar School Examination Board, Patna.

Various teaching and learning techniques are being used by the faculty to impart knowledge and skills to students at Al-Hassan Teacher's Training College, Samastipur in its various departments.
