Al-Habeeb College of Engineering & Technology (AHCET), Hyderabad was established in 2002.

The college is affiliated to the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad and is an ISO certified and is NBA accredited institute.

Al Habeeb College of Engg & Tech (AHCET) is a premier institution was established by the Al Habeeb Charitable Trust in the year 2002. The college is affiliated to JNTU Hyderabad, approved by AICTE and accredited by NBA. In addition to this the institution is also being certified ISO 9001:2008. The college is situated at Damerigadda, Chevella Village in outskirts of Hyderabad, a pearl city of India. The city is famous for historical monuments and enriched with wisdom to all technical expertise. The Hyderabad city is being developed with many IT firms and this cyber city is fast growing in the global map. The college alumni have envious record and left its imprints on global IT market.

In the decadal age of the institution the college has tremendous achievements in pedagogic, infrastructure and placements. Al Habeeb College of Engineering & Technology is the first institution to develop intra-continental educational and cultural system in Hyderabad by promoting education for foreign students. It is also the first college to introduce Petroleum Engineering in the Hyderabad and SDU region and one of the first to publish its own research journal by name ‘Cognizance’.
