Agasthya College of Management Studies (ACMS), Mangaluru was established in 1999 under the management of Shubha Mangala Educational & Charitable Trust.

The college is affiliated to Mangalore University, Mangaluru. Agasthya College of Management Studies imparts undergraduate (BBM) and postgraduate (MBA) level programs in the field of management. It is recognized & approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

Apart from these courses, the college also offers postgraduate level programme in the discipline of computer applications - Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
