Adusumilli Vijay Institute of Technology and Research Centre (AVITRC), Hyderabad was established in 2007.

The college is approved by the AICTE and affiliated to the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.

The Principal and the Advisory council members are the Engineers and Academicians associated with the JNTU and OU right from the starting year (2007) of the Institute.The Institute has clean environment around and no polluting industries are located in the surroundings.

A number of trees are planted in the campus,abundant potable water is available in the campus.The Institute promoted by a team of Software Enginners who are highly dedicated to the cause of the technological education.

The college is offering Under Graduate Courses in ECE,CE,EEE,CSE,IT branches of Engineering and Post Graduate Courses like MBA,MCA.

These Programs are approved by All India Council for Technical Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh and affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.
