Adesh College of Nursing (ACN), Muktsar was established in 1992.

The college is affiliated to the Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot. 

The college maintained by the Adesh Welfare Society. The college is approved by Indian Nursing Council (Govt. of India), PNRC (Govt. of Punjab).

The sister concern of this society Adesh Hospital & Research Centre , Muktsar is a 250 bedded referral Hospital with all the specialties & super specialties & latest equipments.

The Society is also running 50 bedded Adesh Charitable Cancer Hospital at Muktsar. The hospital is serving the society by providing health care services & is an ideal set-up to train young nurse of tomorrow.

The college believes that the basic course in Nursing is a formal educational preparation which should be based on sound educational principles.
