AASEE College of Education, Karur was established in 2006.

The self financed co educational college is affiliated to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University.

Set up with an objective of producing high quality secondary level teachers in the region, the college has found approval from the N.C.T.E (National Council for Teacher Education).
