A.G. College of Education, Coimbatore was established in 2007 managed under A.G. Trust.

The co-education college is affiliated to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University.

The College set up with an objective of developing high quality secondary level teachers in the region, is recognized by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).

A.G College of Education has equipped itself with all the necessary infrastructural facilities for the academic activities.
