BOI Credit Officer Recruitment 2026

The recruitment drive aims to fill 779 Credit Officer vacancies across various branches and offices of Bank of India. The selection process consists of an online examination, followed by subsequent stages as notified by the bank.

BOI Credit Officer Exam Pattern 2026

The online examination will consist of two sections:

• English Language: 25 Questions
• Professional Knowledge: 100 Questions

The Professional Knowledge section carries the highest weightage and evaluates candidates on banking, finance, credit management, and other job-specific concepts.

Minimum Qualifying Marks

Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks separately in both sections of the examination.

For General and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates, the minimum qualifying marks are 35% in both the English Language Test and the Professional Knowledge Test.

Candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD categories applying against reserved vacancies will receive a 5% relaxation in the qualifying marks as per the recruitment rules.

Merely qualifying the online examination does not guarantee final selection. Candidates will have to meet all eligibility requirements and perform well in subsequent stages of the recruitment process.
