World's fastest cruise missile
Brahmos is considered the world's fastest cruise missile in operation. It travels at speeds of Mach 2.8 to 3.0.
It is a joint venture between India (DRDO) and Russia.
The name Brahmos is a combination of rivers Brahmaputra (India) & Moskva (Russia).
Can be launched from: Land, Air & Water
BrahMos is a stealth supersonic cruise missile that can be launched from submarines, ships, aircraft or land.
It is the only cruise missile in the world to have attained the launch triad (can be launched from land, air and underwater)
It can carry both Conventional and Nuclear warheads
Up to 300 kg... it's massive!
It has a range of 450 km which is being upgraded to 600 km.
It has a flight ceiling of 15 km and can skim as low as 3–4 meters.
Brahmos II is being development
It will be a hypersonic missile with speed ranging from 5–10 Mach.
There are very very few radar system that can detect Brahmos I

Let alone Brahmos II
It is so deadly and stealthy that many countries are desperate to buy it...
