Aadhar ID Number
The Class 12 Roll Number issued by the Board, the Election Card (EPIC No.), the Passport, the Ration Card, the Bank Account, or any other legitimate Government Identity Number
Scanned copies of a passport-sized photo, a signature, a left thumbprint, a Class 10 pass certificate, and a postcard-sized photo
