Surat has planted more than
1,75,000
trees through the traffic corridors.
The city has created Oxygen Park and Ashoka Van in the city garden in the available space in the city.
Open spaces have been utilized by developing 12 Vertical Gardens inside the city of Surat.
Surat has planned for the development of Lakes, Lake Gardens, Gardens, and Bio-Diversity Parks on 108 Hectares.
Ahmedabad has planted 1.16 million trees along the traffic corridors during the Financial Year 2021-2022.
Rajkot has an action plan of greening 34.5 km of the city along the roads.
