Total number of Govt. College MBBS Seats: 40,000+

Only one in forty examinees can succeed in getting an MBBS Seat in a government college .

15 per cent of NEET UG seats come under All India Quota.
And is allotted to candidates of states other than one hosting the medical college.

Rest 85% seats belong to students of that particular state where the college is located.

Important announcement:

Students from Jammu and Kashmir will not get the 15% central quota seats this year.
