Kadalundi Train Derailment
The Kadalundi train disaster happened on 22 June 2001, when the Mangalore-Chennai Mail passenger train was crossing over the Kadalundi river. Three coaches fell into the water, with 59 people reported killed or missing, and up to 300 believed injured.
The Rafiganj rail disaster was the derailment of a train on a bridge over the Dhave River in North-Central India, on 10 September 2002. At least 130 people were killed in the accident.

The Valigonda rail disaster happened on 29 October 2005 near the town of Valigonda, south of Hyderabad in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. In this incident at least 114 people were killed and injured over 200.
The Warangal train crash accident happened on 2 July 2003 in the city of Warangal, Telangana, in India. In this accident 22 were killed and more than 110 injured.
On 31 March 2016, a 150 m (490 ft) steel span of the under-construction Vivekananda Road flyover in the Girish Park area of Kolkata, India, collapsed. 27 people died and 50 more were harmed in the accident.

On 29 September 2017, a stampede broke out at the sub-urban Elphinstone Road railway station in Mumbai, India. 23 people were killed and 39 others were injured in the stampede
2017 Mumbai stampede
The 2018 Kolkata bridge collapse mentioned the collapse of the Majerhat Bridge, in the city of Kolkata, India, on 4 September 2018. Three people were killed in this incident, whereas 25 injuries were reported.
On 14 March 2019, a part of a foot overbridge collapsed in Mumbai and fell on the road. Six died and at least 30 others were harmed in the accident.

On 30 October 2022, Julto Pul, a walker suspension bridge in Morbi, Gujarat, India, crossing Machchhu River collapsed, resulting in the death of 141 people.
