If you are preparing for the NEET and Board exams simultaneously, you must maintain a balance between both exam patterns because syllabus is same and only thing that differs is exam pattern, one is descriptive while another is multiple choice.
Analyze the syllabus and make a timetable according to that only because you have to cover the syllabus of both 11 & 12 classes.
SYLLABUS DIVISION
Keep brushing your basics from time to time. No matter how much syllabi you cover, if you do not have a strong foundation, it is good for nothing.
STRONG FOUNDATION
Make daily, weekly and monthly targets. This is the best way to cover your syllabus.
DAILY, WEEKLY & MONTHLY TARGETS
Attempt mock tests and write answers for board exams. IIT exam, along with board exams, is all about balance.

ATTEND BOARD CLASSES
Do not miss classes of board exams to prepare for the NEET UG exam.
Practice as much as possible because speed and accuracy will eventually matter in the exam

Do not run behind a lot of study material. Focus on basics first, and then select other books to enrich your notes.

As the exam pattern is different for both exams, it is suggested that you make notes accordingly.
