How to become a Corporate Lawyer in India?

If you want to become a corporate lawyer, consider the following steps:

Pass your tenth and twelfth qualifications:
The first step to becoming a corporate lawyer is passing your tenth and twelfth qualifications, known as 10+2.
Research Law Colleges:
Start researching law colleges as you prepare for the CLAT or studying towards your bachelor's degree. This gives you time to review and compare education, framework, faculty and placement records between ogranisations.
Earn a Bachelor's Degree:
Earning a bachelor's degree is one way to begin your studies as you pursue law. Three and four-year programs are common and you can study any discipline, though there are often more benefits with a focus on legal studies or business courses.
Take the Law College Entrance Test:
Aside from the CLAT, there are other national-level law entrance exams or college-specific law entrance exams you can take. You can also consider completing this entrance test after finishing your 10+2 schooling, like the CLAT.
Gain Valuable Legal Skill Sets and Contacts:
Since the legal profession is often competitive, gaining practical work experience early through an internship or a part-time job with a local law firm can be beneficial.
Complete the three-year LL.B Course:
During the three-year LL.B course, you learn a range of legal topics and also study jurisprudence, professional ethics, legal writing and civil procedure code.
Take the Bar Exam:
After you complete the three or five-year courses, you must pass the All Indian Bar Exam (AIBE). The Bar Council of India (BCI) conducts this exam and issues a certificate of practice. It's mandatory to become a practicing lawyer in India.
Consider a Master's Degree:
While you are ready to practice law after passing the AIBE, consider studying further for a one-year, full-time master's degree program, or LL.M course.
