Let’s look into the UP Board Examinations for Grades 10 and 12, Where More than Four Lakh Candidates Withdrew on the Very First Day of the Examination.
The test started on Thursday. Data received at the UP Board headquarters from the 75 districts.
A total of 2,18,189 of the 31,14,224 students who had enrolled for the exam skipped it during just the first shift.
2,17,702 out of 31,08,584 high school students and 487 out of the 5,640 registered intermediate students were not present during the first shift.
1,83,865 intermediate students, out of a total of 25,80,544, skipped the exam in the second shift, bringing the total to 4,02,054.
