SSC MTS 2018 Notification To Be Released Soon

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is all set to release the recruitment notification for the Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination 2018 soon. Interested candidates are advised to visit the official website of SSC regularly to check the latest development in this regard.

According to the SSC annual calendar of examinations (tentative) for the year 2018-19 (up to March 2019), the recruitment notification should have been released on November 3, 2018, which has been delayed. The official calendar also states that the closing date for the online application process is December 3, 2018. We expect the Commission will soon revise the dates accordingly.

SSC MTS 2018 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will only be able to apply online once the notification is released by the SSC. Here are the eligibility conditions.

A candidate should be between 18 and 25 years of age. The age relaxation is provided to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories.

Must have passed matriculation examination or equivalent from a recognized board.

SSC MTS 2018 Selection Procedure

The selection of the candidates will be based on a written examination. The written examination will consist of (Paper I) an objective type paper and (Paper II) a descriptive type paper. Paper I will consist of sections such as general intelligence & reasoning, numerical aptitude, general English and general awareness. Paper II will consist of descriptive questions like writing essays, letters and so on.

SSC conducts the Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) examination for the recruitment of human resource in General Central Service Group 'C' Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial post in various Central Government Ministries/Departments/Offices in different States/Union Territories.
