Pariksha Pe Charcha 2022 Live Updates: PM Modi Discusses Mantras For Stress-Free Exams With Students

At around 1.30 p.m., Pariksa Pe Charcha 2022 came to an end. The offline programme began at 11 a.m. at Talkatora Stadium.

PM Modi ended the Pariksha Pe Charcha by assigning a duty to the students. He encouraged students to help protect Mother Earth. "Thank your ancestors if you can stand under the shade of a tree or see a clean flowing river," he said. It is a gift from your ancestors to you, and you have not contributed to it. It is now your job to do the same for future generations." The Prime Minister urged students to avoid using single-use plastic, save water, and plant more trees.

Prime Minister Modi during the fifth edition of 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' stated that exams are an essential part of students' lives, just another milestone in one's development journey. "You are not taking exams for the first time,  you are, in a way, exam-proof, therefore don't be worried," he added.

The aim is not to study for your exam. If you're preparing for an exam, you're looking for ways to answer your present question, but if you've covered all of the topics in classes 10 and 12, you'll be well-educated, skilled, and knowledgeable in your subjects. While responding to queries about the shift in exam patterns, PM stated, "This will assist you to handle all kinds of exams - be it boards or competitive tests."

Instead of seeking sympathy from others, learn to deal with your failures on your own. Analyze your mistakes and learn from them, said Modi in response to a question about how to deal with setbacks and disappointments in Pariksha Pe Charcha 2022. PM stated, "We need to make our flaws our strengths."

"Students are unsure if they should be worrying about their professors' or parents' expectations. I would like to ask parents not to impose their dreams and ambitions on their children," Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated.

PM Modi urges schools, education departments, and teachers to put the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 into action so that the students benefit from it. With multiple entry and exit options in a course, NEP 2020 allows students to shift their area of interest. It is possible to switch from medical education to wildlife education at any time. They are free to drop out of their course at any moment without suffering any academic consequences.

PM Modi commented on the lack of focus in online classes, stating, "Do you actually study on the internet or watch movies? You should concentrate. When you are absent-minded, it is inevitable that you will miss what your teacher is saying. Your attention is diverted. When it comes to online classes, he says the medium isn't the issue; it's the mind. If we are completely focused on the classes, the medium (offline or online) does not matter."

PM Modi urges students to avoid a panic situation during exams. "There's no need to copy your friends; just keep doing what you're doing with absolute confidence, and I'm sure that you'll be able to pass your exam in a festive spirit," he stated.

PM Modi advises students to build their own preparation strategy rather than following last years' toppers. "Don't do anything just because it worked for someone else. Maintain a schedule and keep things simple. Find out what works for you and work for it," PM added.

When speaking to students, PM Modi asked them to raise their hands if they were worried about examinations, and then to ask if their parents were more worried. Students felt more pressure from their parents than from the exam, according to their reactions.

PM Modi stated that he will respond to students' questions even after the interaction through various channels including audio, textual, and visual content via the NaMo App.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi takes the platform for the fifth edition of the flagship programme, PPC 2022. Students greet him warmly. Dharmendra Pradhan, the Union Minister of Education, is the first to speak.

PPC 2022 has received registrations over 12.12 lakh students, 2.71 lakh teachers, and 90,000 parents.
