Applications are invited for LLB programme 2014


Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University (BVDU), Pune, invites applications for its Bachelor of Legislative Law (LLB) programme for the academic year 2014. Eligible candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of the university.

Today, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University has 32 constituent units and is one of India's largest multi-disciplinary multi-campus universities. Over the years, BVDU has contributed thousands of well trained graduates, post graduates and research doctorates to the pool of professionals in India and abroad. In line with its motto of "Social transformation through Dynamic education" BVDU nurtures a holistic education approach that not only enriches the students academically, but also contributes to the students' personality by nurturing innovation, creativity and practical work experience.

BVDU meticulously follows its annual time table of admissions and examinations. All its constituent units have created and maintained the tradition of commencing their academic sessions latest by 15th June every year.

In accordance with these basic expectations the college is striving to achieve excellence in the field of legal education and research. The college while imparting legal education has kept a goal in view that a professional lawyer must be well equipped to perform the various roles which lawyers are expected to play in our society. The lawyer is not to be merely a craftsman, manipulating advocacy skills in the traditional role of conflict resolution in courts. There are other concurrent curricular goals and roles for legal education, some of which may be more important than litigation in the context of our society.


The candidate should have passed Bachelor's Degree Examination (3 year duration) in any faculty of this University or any other recognised statutory University.
