ASSOCHAM presents Education Excellence Awards to those who have contributed significantly in the field of improving the quality in education delivery with emphasis on world-class research and innovations and enhancing the development of quality education. In his speech Hon. Minister, Dr. Pallam Raju, an Electronics & Communications Engineering graduate from Andhra University and an MBA from Temple University, Philadelphia, USA, appreciating the initiative taken by ASSOCHAM said, "One of the biggest challenge the nation today face is propelling India to move ahead in the employability quotient. Education is seen as an access to opportunity for the child and if education is not able to fulfill the expectation or provide and create the right kind of employability, it is not of much value. While the government is committed to take up the issue, equal responsibility lies with the academia and the corporate sector to create a value system. A nation without a value system would be radar less".
"It is exciting to have been awarded the Best B-School in North by ASSOCHEM. This award has immense credibility considering ASSOCHEM's standing in the industry and society at large. It is also an evidence of the right initiatives being taken by FORE to strengthen various facets of business teaching. Also, in my view this initiative by ASSOCHEM will prove to be a game changer in the arena of B-School rankings", said Dr. Das, Director, FORE School.
FORE has been working with the industry for developing new domains of managerial thoughts and contributing to building leaders in today's global business environment. Consistently ranked among the top most B Schools of the country, placements at FORE were amongst the best. It is also a preferred destination for top recruiters from India and abroad. The highest campus offer for the 2012-13 batch of PGDM, has been INR 39.6 Lacs which surpassed the highest placement offers at many of the IIMs.
