The sixth annual Global University Employability Rankings published by Times Higher Education is based on feedback from 2,500 recruitment managers from large international companies. According to the survey, Indian employers look value skills including communication skills, adaptability and ability to work in a team and other non-academic skills a graduate may possess.
As per the results of the survey, India's premier institution - Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru is ranked 38th in the ranking of 150 universities. No other Indian institution has made to the list. Like always, the most employable are from the United States of America, UK and Japan.
This list of ranking universities based on their employability, will give students an insight and clarity about the institution they aspire to join. The below list institutions are the top 25 institutions that rank in the sixth Global University Employability Ranking survey.
The findings are drawn from 20 countries and reveal some clear distinctions in what employers consider to be the most important employability skills.
