In the current market, Business Analyst, Data Scientist, ERP Consultants, Marketing, Advertising & Branding, Banking & NBFC's, IT Consultants, Corporate Finance, Audit & Credit Rating consultants. These professions are high in demand and have more employment opportunities. There is consistent growth in these professions and are recognized globally.

As of now Banking & Financial Services, Business Consulting, FMCG & Data Analytics are leading jobs in terms of recruitment

f) How do I choose a job profile?

It depends on the specialization and their individual skill set that is needed for a particular profile.

Can you give some tips for students to become industry-ready as pursue do their education? Learning about the job description and profile of the recruiters is important.

  • Students can take up Mock GD & PI, assessed by corporate moderators to help take them through the real time interview process. This activity would help students to be more confident and assertive while handling interviews.
  • A good CGPA together with the above trainings shall make student industry ready and more employable.

What are the benefits of internship?

During internship, a student shall actually gain the required knowledge and experience to handle a particular project which helps them choose the right career path and profile.

At IFIM, we would like our recruiters to enrol for our Industry Internship Program (IIP). The recruiters shall have the advantage of on boarding the selected students from January every year as interns in their company for a period of four and half months and after which students could be absorbed immediately as full time employees after the completion of this term from May onwards based on their performance.

There is tremendous potential to grow as a career consultant. A career consultant gains a considerable amount of knowledge & experience while counselling career related solutions to students.

Both students and parents consider reaching out to career consultants to seek guidance on choosing various professional programs which helps them land a good job.
