The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has gained a lot of attention in the recent times amongst job seekers. Preparation Tips For Important Topics

  • Classification: At least one question is expected from this topic. The classification questions can be asked based on numbers, alphabets, GK, etc.
  • Analogy: There is a chance more than three questions will be asked and they will be multiple-choice questions.
  • Syllogism: Based on the statements & conclusions, one should draw the appropriate answer. The best way to answer these questions are through drawing Venn diagrams.
  • Verbal Analogies: We suggest you find the relationship between the terms to answer the question in less than a minute. Building strong vocabulary will help you a lot.
  • Blood Relations: To solve the question, drawing a family tree based on the given information will help you.
  • Data Sufficiency: The questions can be based on the blood relations, coding decoding, circular arrangements, ordering & ranking, directions & distances, ages & birth dates. Practise will only save you in this topic.
  • Seating Arrangement: This topic consists of circular and linear topics. Stick to either north or south direction, to solve the questions.
