Vacancies in the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) are amongst the most popular jobs in the list of public sector jobs. Every year, RBI issues recruitment notifications for posts such as Assistant Officer and Grade B Officer. In the month of March, RBI released the recruitment notification for the Grade B Officer post; the selection process will kick-start with the objective-type examination.


The selection process of the RBI Grade B Officer exam consists of two phases and a personal interview. According to the official announcement, phase 1 will be an objective-type exam that consists of 200 marks. The duration of this screening round is two hours. Candidates have to take all the exams online and those who clear the phase 2 round will be called for an interview. The paper-I & II are compulsory papers. However, candidates can choose one amongst the finance & management, economics, statistics sections in paper-III.
