WLCI AICET Eligibility Criteria

WLCI AICET For Undergraduate (UG) Programmes:

To secure admission in UG Programs, candidates have to fulfil the following eligibility criteria:

1. Candidate must have completed their +2 level examinations in the 10+2 pattern of examination from any recognized Central / State Board of Secondary Examiantion (Such as Central Board of Secondary Education / State Board New Delhi, and Council of Indian School of Examination, New Delhi) OR

2. Cleared General Certificate Education (GCE) Examination (London / Cambridge / Sri-Lanka) at the Advanced (A) Level / International Baccalaureate (IB) OR

3. Passed any Public School / Board / University Examination in India or IN Foreign countries that is recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to 10+2 system OR

4. A secured pass grade in the Senior Secondary Eamination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects OR

5. Possess 3 or 4 years of Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education.

NOTE: Aspirants will also be eligible to apply for AICET 2023 if they are appearing for their qualifying exam provided they are able to produce the necessary documents related to completion of exam/marks at the time of counselling/admissions.

WLCI AICET For Postgraduate (PG) programmes:

PG courses are offered at WLCI based on candidate’s performance in AICET. Candidates seeking admissions have to fulfil the following eligibility criteria:

1. Candidates should have an undergraduate degree in any discipline from any College / Unviersity recognized in India OR

2. Candidates should have an advanced Diploma in Fashion Technology / Advertising and Graphic Design / Mass Communication from WLCI.

3. Candidates should have completed Diploma of at least 3 Years duration in Fashion / Advertising & Graphic Design / Media / Mass Communications from any other Institution / College.

Eligibility for Foreign Nationals:

In each program offered at WLCI 10% of the total seats are reserved for Foreign Nationals (whether residing in India or abroad) and Non-Resident Indian (who are citizens of India holding an Indian passport and have temporarily immigrated to another country for six months or more for work, residence or any other purpose)
