Admissions to MBBS / BDS courses is based only on the merit list prepared by NTA after the exam.
Students must have to know the admission procedure for 15% All India Quota Seats and Reservation for these seats for reserved category candidates. An All India merit list of the qualified candidates shall be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in NEET-UG 2024 examination.
A candidate shall be admitted to MBBS/BDS courses under 15% All India Quota Seats and seats under the control of participating state governments/ Universities / Institutions as in the list in information bulletin.
The candidate's score has to be at least 50% to be included in the merit list. This cut-off has been loosened to the 40 Percentile for candidates who fall into the SC, ST, or OBC Categories.
The minimum percentile needed to pass the exam may be lowered by the Central Government in collaboration with the MCI and CBSE if, for whatever reason, fewer applicants that expected score a 50 percentile.
Additionally, the candidate must have received a cumulative score of 15% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Biotechnology on the 10+2 qualifying test. For applicants who identify as SC, ST or OBC who must receive a 40% aggregate to be eligible for this exam, this total has been lowered.

15% of All India Quota, a separate list will be prepared based on their admission policies. Candidates seeking admission to AFMC Pune shall be subjected to the norms prescribed by The Directorate of Armed Forces Medical Services. Ministry of Defence, Government of India. Students who have applied to AIPMT and are also seeking admission in AFMC will have to apply on the website of AFMC, i.e. www.afmc.nic. As per the new orders, norms & conditions of the official board, all the private medical colleges are to accept NEET-UG 2024 Scores. Moreover, more than 3000 colleges are under NEET-UG 2024. Apart from these, Union Territory Medical Colleges will also accepting NEET-UG 2024 Scores.
