MAT online or offline exam consists of five sections – Language Comprehension, Mathematical skills, Data Analysis and Sufficiency, Intelligence and Critical Reasoning, Indian and Global Environment.

Score and percentile in MAT 2022 exam are awarded on the basis of 4 sections. The score of Indian & Global Environment is separately shown but is not taken into account to calculate the merit or percentile score in the MAT score card.
Each section in MAT question paper will have 40 questions making it a total of 200 questions in MCQ format to be solved within 150 minutes. Individual time limit for each section has been suggested by AIMA although aspirants can move from one section to other in the MAT exam.
A candidate must have basic knowledge about the computer for CBT. The MAT syllabus contains all the topics on which questions are asked in other MBA entrance exams like CMAT & KMAT. Based on past MAT question papers and the MAT exam pattern, it has been revealed that the MAT 2022 syllabus does not throw tough questions in the MAT exam.
Scores of MAT exam will be used as admission criteria in B-schools across the country for the academic session 2021-22.
MAT 2022 question paper is based on the MAT exam pattern which is an objective type test with Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs). MAT Syllabus comprises almost all the topics relevant to other top MBA entrance exams.
