Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Examination (JNUEE) / JNU CUET is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for candidates seeking admissions in various offered programmes of JNU. NTA will conduct the JNU CUET Exam 2024 from 15 to 31 May, 2024. Aiming to study at one of the best central universities is not as simple as it appears. Previously, with soaring cur-offs, it was practically impossible for an average student to study at a prestigious university like JNU.
However, with the introduction of the CUET Exam and the uniform administration of entrance exams at all CUET-participating universities, all students now have equal prospects.

Candidates who have registered for the entrance test should know about JNU Exam pattern 2024. It is also advised to get familiar with the JNUEE / JNU CUET exam pattern 2024 before kick-starting the preparation.

NOTE :
1.
Examination will be held on multiple days, in three shfits in a day.
2. Though the tests are scheduled in 3 shifts, as the case may be, each test within each shift is distinct and independent of each other.
3. A candidate has an option to choose the components of the test only. However, allotment of candidates to the Shift will be based on the options exercised and technical and administrative considerations.
4. Admit Cards will be issued for each shfit based on the componenets opted by him / her. No request for change of date / shift will be entertained.
5. All three shfits will start at a specified time. Candidates have to report for the slot/s as per the time stated in their respective Admit Card.
Mode of Examination
CUET (UG) - 2024 will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) Mode.
Medium of Examination
The Tests (other than "Language" Test) are offered in 13 Languages i.e. Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odiya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.
A Candidate is required to opt for one of the specified languages as the medium of the paper, as per desired University's eligibility criteria, while applying.
Pattern of Question Paper :
Objective Type with Multiple Choice Question (MCQs).
Tests Design
There are three sections in the desgn of the test.
* Section IA - 13 Languages (As a medium and "Language").
* Section IB - 20 Languages.
* Section II - 27 Domain Specific Subjects.
* Section III - General Test.
A candidate has the option to choose any Language / Domain Specific Subjects / General Tests or a Combination there of as many be required for admission to specified course/s of the desired University/ie while applying.
The above-described details will be applicable for JNUEE exam pattern for MA.
Most of the questions will be based on microeconomics, macroeconomics, mathematics and statistics, International trade, public economics and economic development.
