The registration process for NEET-UG 2021 is going to start from December 02, 2019, to December 31, 2019. Below mentioned points have to follow strictly by each & every candidate while filling up the application form.
Candidates should have to apply online for NEET-UG 2020.
Candidates must follow the instructions strictly as given in the information bulletin and on the website
Fill in the online application form Part-I and note down the registration number
Upload images of photograph and signature in JPG format at Part-II of the application
Make payment of fee through Debit/Credit Card or download Challan for payment in the designated accounts of Canara Bank / Syndicate Bank/e-Post Office at Part III
Take print out of confirmation page(s) at Part IV of online application format to send to CBSE along with a copy of proof of fee deposited, if a fee is deposited through Challan mode
Candidates must have to take four copies of confirmation page of the online application, for further use in future
Candidates have to keep original receipt issued by the post office for having dispatched the application form

For General/OBC candidates: INR 1,400/- For SC/ST/PH candidates: INR 750/-
The fee can be paid through online mode by using Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking with their respective bank accounts
In addition to examination fee, service/processing charges will also be paid by the candidates for online payment of fee through Debit/Credit Card/UPI/Net Banking/e-wallet along with applicable taxes by the respective banks. Details of the same are available on board's website
The candidates must note that after submission of the application form it cannot be withdrawn. Refund amount of application fee will not be entertained
A Requirement Of AADHAR:
From 2017 onwards, Aadhaar linking facility to this entrance exam was introduced successfully. Almost, 97% of candidates registered for the NEET(UG) with the help of Aadhaar number/Aadhaar Enrolment number/Aadhaar Registration Number
Remaining 3% candidates registered the application form with Bank Account number/Passport number/Ration card number and other Government valid Identity Cards. Accordingly, the same practice is being followed for NEET (UG), 2020.
The use of Aadhaar for the candidates of NEET (UG)-2020 will result in an accuracy of the candidates‟ details. This will also help in ascertaining identities of the candidates at the examination centres in a convenient and hassle-free manner
Accordingly, NTA has decided to use Aadhaar for the candidates in NEET (UG)-2021, and notifies the following:
Candidates, who are in possession of Aadhaar, shall enter Aadhaar number, name, date of birth & gender in the online application for NEET (UG)-2021 for the purpose of his her identity and authentication thereof
Candidates not yet enrolled for Aadhaar, are hereby required to make application for Aadhaar enrolment in case he/she is entitled to obtain Aadhaar as per section 3 of Aadhaar Act. Such applicant may visit any Aadhaar enrolment centre (list available at www.uidai.gov.in) to get enrolled for Aadhaar
In order to facilitate such candidates who are not having Aadhaar, the NTA has specially set up facilitation centres in each city of examination for the purpose of Aadhaar enrolment
The candidates can approach such facilitation centres who will not charge any amount from any applicant for Aadhaar enrolment. The list of the facilitation centre is available on www.cbseneet.nic.in. These candidates who have enrolled for Aadhaar and have not received Aadhaar should enter 14 digits Aadhaar Enrolment ID (including slash) printed on the Aadhaar enrolment slip at the time of filling an online application form for NEET (UG)-2021.
In case Aadhaar enrolment facility is not available at the facilitation centres, the candidates should submit a request for Aadhaar enrolment. The facilitation centre will issue a registration number to such candidates. This registration number should be entered by the candidates at the time of filling the online application form for NEET (UG)-2021
The above provisions shall be applicable in all States except Jammu and Kashmir, Assam, & Meghalaya as per Aadhaar Act
Filling up of Online Application Form by PwD candidates in MBBS/BDS Courses
After the advise from the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, National Test Agency (NTA) has announced that candidates with disabilities can fill the application forms for the NEET UG 2021 on the basis of the draft guidelines placed on the website of the Medical Council of India (MCI).
In case, any changes are made in the draft notification by MCI, the candidate may correct the particulars of the application at the time when correction facility in the application form will be available in May 2021.
